I wandered as if shrunken among the sunken gravel paths at Great Dixter's cobbled landscape borrowed in part from the 15th-century home of the late gardener Christopher Lloyd, with chartreuse sunshine atop architectural stems of the Giant Anise Fennel well above me, imprinting a memory of spring astringently awash with yellow. Other rooms, other colors rule, but the play of scale and color is undeniably vivid here, boasting interest high and low as corridors of loose wildings brush at your knees and even decay is exhibited for what it is. For a time, you are nowhere else but there in a lingering experience of Lloyd's legacy. The 'Sussex' humbly examines a selection of stem structures - umbel, arch, and generously fanned to button and cloud-like florets, simply in yellow.

All floral works are composed of sustainably hand-harvested, foraged, gathered, and home-grown botanicals - dried, arranged, and tied by hand.

Mini bouquets are approximately 8-10" tall x 3-6" wide; these measurements vary by arrangement, spray, natural material fall, and variance. Though each bouquet is composed to represent an inspiration, please expect variation per style based on 100% sustainably sourced natural materials that may vary per harvest.

Pieces may break or loosen if jostled. Store and display out of direct sunlight in a stable temperature and reduced moisture levels. Not suitable for outdoor or bathroom display.
